LOMBOK TENGAH – Angin Kencang menerjang rumah warga di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Tepatnya di Desa Langko, Desa Jango Dan Desa Loang Make, Kecamatan Janapria.
Dampaknya, atap dan bangunan sejumlah rumah rusak. Atap 6 rumah warga termasuk dua pondok pesantren terbang terbawa angin dan beberapa tembok bangunan rumah, ambruk.
Kapolsek Janapria, Iptu Muhdar mengatakan, peristiwa terjadi sekitar 09.00 wita, senin (7/12/20).
“Dari keterangan saksi dilokasi, tiba – tiba datang angin kencang dari arah barat yang menerbangkan atap atap ruang kelas. Sehingga atap bangunan sekolah rusak parah di Ponpes di Desa Langko dan Desa Loang Maka,” jelasnya.
Selain itu juga, peristiwa serupa juga terjadi di Desa Jango, angin kencang menerjang atap rumah warga, kios dan open tembakau. Beruntung dalam peristiwa itu tidak ada korban jiwa, namun total kerugian akibat bencana alam mencapai puluhan juta. “Tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa tersebut,” katanya.
Atas peristiwa itu pihaknya menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tetap waspada terhadap agin kencang atau bencana Angin Barat Daya yang bertiup kencang. Sehingga tidak terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan.
”Warga kita himbau agar tetap waspada, mengingat cuaca saat ini tidak bisa diprediksi,” himbaunya. (red)
